Services Management Overview

The Services Management module in Jazalla is designed to help companies effectively manage their service offerings and relationships with clients. This module includes tools for managing clients, service catalogs, bids, proposals, contracts, and invoices.

Module Overview

• Client Management: Build directories of buyer clients requesting services, track history, and process invitations.
• Services Catalogue: List professional services with rate cards, UNSPSC service classifications, scope of work, and supporting media/documents.
• Bid Management: Respond to buyer service bid invitations, enter duration rates, cover letters, and track sealed bid responses.
• Proposal Management: Deliver responses to RFIs, SOIs, and RFPs, or initiate proactive custom service proposals.
• Contract Management: Review digital MSAs and service contracts via direct contract notes or multi-milestone Project Management integration.
• Invoice Management: Raise electronic invoices against completed milestones, work orders, or service retainers.
