The Project Management module in Jazalla empowers companies to plan, execute, and monitor projects efficiently — all from a single integrated platform. It provides complete visibility into every project’s scope, progress, timelines, costs, and resources.

Module Overview

• Contracts Management: Initiate projects directly from approved client contracts, review budgets, local content commitments, and MSAs.
• Manage Projects: Central command center featuring project grid cards, milestone breakdowns, Gantt charts, resource allocation, and Local Content (LC) score calculations.
• Tasks List: Manage task stages (To Do, In Progress, Review, Done), assign priorities, track completion bars, and run subtask checklists.
• Task Calendar: Interactive calendar view (Month, Week, Day) with right-hand task panels for deadline tracking.
• Timesheet: 5-day rolling window time logs for tracking daily working hours per task and evaluating labor efficiency.
• Non-Compliance List: Centralized bug/defect tracking for client-reported non-conformities, corrective action plans, and resolution statuses.
• Invoice Management: Milestone billing, percentage-of-completion progress claims, and client retentions linked to project deliverables.
• System Settings: Configure custom task workflow stages and non-compliance issue resolution statuses.
• Project Reports: In-depth analytical dashboards featuring milestone progress, priority/status graph charts, estimated vs actual hours, and user timesheet summaries.
