🏢 Exploring Supplier Management Section

The Supplier Management option manages suppliers operating under the Sales Management module. Verified company profiles can also be cross-referenced in the Business Directory.

  • Corporate Suppliers: Lists all connected suppliers. Features options to In-Active (deactivate supplier) or view History (full record of orders, invoices, and transactions).
  • Add & Invite Suppliers: Expand network via Jazalla Companies (instant invite button) or External Companies (manually add non-platform businesses).
  • Pending & Received Invitations: Review sent pending invites (with cancel option) or accept/reject incoming relationship requests.

📋 Exploring Service Provider Management Section

Tailored for companies operating primarily under the Services Management module.

  • Corporate Service Providers: Review connected service providers with In-Active and History tracking options.
  • Add & Invite Service Providers: Invite registered Jazalla service providers or add external providers.
  • Pending & Received Invitations: Manage outgoing and incoming service partnership invitations.
Important Note: If a company has both Sales and Services modules activated, it will appear in both lists. Once added as a supplier and accepted, it is automatically categorized solely as a supplier within your corporate network.
