💼 Assets List & Depreciation Schedule

  • Asset Register View: Asset Name, Auto-generated Asset Code, Type (Purchased/Proprietary), Asset Type (Tangible/Intangible), Acquisition Cost, Current Book Value, Depreciation Method (e.g. Straight Line), In-Service Date, and Actions. Filter by Type or Method.
  • Depreciation Schedule: Automates periodic depreciation calculations displaying Asset Name, Calculation Date, Periodic Depreciation Amount, Accumulated Depreciation, and Remaining Book Value. Filter by Asset, Year, Month, or Type.

🆕 Registering a New Asset

Provide Asset Info (Name, Code, Description, Type, Origin Country), Financial Info (Acquisition Cost, Salvage Value, Acquisition/In-Service Dates), and Depreciation Accounts (Method, Useful Life, Asset Account, Accumulated Depreciation Account, Expense Account).
