💰 Manage Salary & Components

• Manage Salary List: Displays Employee ID, Name, Designation, Payroll Type (Monthly/Hourly), Basic Salary, Net Payable Salary, and Actions.
• Salary Components:
  • Employee Base Salary: Fixed base pay according to payroll type.
  • Allowances: Housing, transportation, or travel (Fixed or Percentage-based).
  • Commissions: Sales performance incentives (Fixed or Percentage-based).
  • Loans: Record company loans and automate monthly repayment deductions.
  • Saturation Deductions: Recurring policy or social security deductions.
  • Other Payments: Bonuses, incentives, or travel reimbursements.

🧾 Payslips & Payment Processing

1. Generate Payslips: Go to Payroll Management > Payslip > select Month and Year > click Generate Payslip. System computes net salaries automatically and creates Unpaid payslip records.
2. Adjust & Pay: Click Details to review/modify components before paying. Click Click to Pay for single payments or use Bulk Payment for batch salary disbursements.
3. Employee Center Integration: Issued payslips instantly appear in each employee's personal panel for viewing and PDF download.
