The HR System Settings section serves as the backbone of the HR module, allowing administrators to standardize operational parameters across 14 configuration areas:

• Department & Designation: Define organizational structures and job hierarchies.
• Leave Type & Work Location: Set leave categories and office/remote work locations.
• Document Type & Payslip Type: Configure document rules and pay structure templates.
• Allowance, Loan & Deduction Options: Set standard allowance categories, loan repayment terms, and tax/insurance deductions.
• Training, Award, Termination & Performance Types: Define categories for skills development, awards, separations, and performance appraisals.
• Competencies: Build skill and competency frameworks for talent development.
