Goods Receipt

The Goods Receipt module allows buyers to track incoming goods and confirm receipt of deliveries from suppliers. It ensures seamless coordination between sales delivery orders (supplier side) and procurement goods receipts (buyer side).

🚚 Managing Goods Receipt

• Goods Receipt List: Displays Order ID, Supplier Name, Delivery Date, Items & Quantity, and Status (Pending Receipt vs Completed).
• Action Options:
  • View Details: Inspection timeline from order creation to dispatch and receipt.
  • Download Delivery Note (PDF): Access official delivery note files.
  • Mark Item Received: Once supplier marks items as delivered, buyer clicks this button to confirm physical receipt and mark delivery as Completed.
• EX-Works (EXW) Shipments: For EXW shipments, buyers collect items directly from supplier location. When marked delivered by supplier, the system automatically records goods as received.
