📋 Project Grid & Creation

• Project Grid Cards: Displays Project Title & Number, Status (In Progress, Pending, Completed), Type (Internal vs External), Contract Reference No., Created By/For, Start & Due Date, and Action buttons.
• Creating a Project (+ Add Project): Enter Project Name, Start/End Dates, Estimated Hours, Financial Value, Type (Internal/External), Contract Link, Project Manager, Initial Status, Description, and upload Project Sketches/Drawings.

⚙️ Project Command Center & Local Content (LC)

• Command Center Tabs: Overview dashboard, Permission settings, Task boards, Gantt Charts, Resource Allocation, Expense & Timesheets, Non-Compliance tracking, Milestones, and Attachments.
• Local Content (LC) Tracking & Submission: Track Target LC %, Proposed LC %, and Achieved LC %. Calculate scores across:
  • Labor Compensations: Saudi Labor Cost vs Expat Labor Cost.
  • Goods & Services: Payments to registered Saudi suppliers/service providers and Sector LC Scores.
  • Capacity Building: Saudi employee training costs, supplier development, and KSA R&D expenses.
  • Assets Depreciation: Depreciation value of local vs foreign assets.
