Access Management Overview

The Access Management module in Jazalla empowers company owners and administrators to control which users can view, edit, or manage different sections of the platform. It ensures that every employee or team member has access only to the modules and functions relevant to their role — maintaining both data security and operational efficiency.

Module Overview

• Employee Access: Central control panel for managing employee accounts, card views, login toggles (Enable/Disable), and 2-step onboarding forms.
• Manage Role: Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) matrix to define custom role titles and assign View, Manage, and Approve permissions per sub-module.
• Employee Access Logs: Audit logs tracking login dates, IP addresses, geographical country location, device type, and operating system.
