Client Management
Client Management within the Services Management module provides tools for managing relationships with buyer companies. It allows companies to create a directory of clients, track business engagements, and monitor client performance and invoices.
✅ Accessing Client Management
- Log in to your Jazalla account.
- From the left sidebar, click Services Management > Client Management.
🏢 Exploring Client Management Section
Clients represent companies that have activated the Procurement module on Jazalla. This feature builds a corporate buyer directory and tracks past service engagements.
- Corporate Clients: Displays connected service buyers with options to In-Active (deactivate client) or view History (full audit trail of contracts, orders, and invoices).
- Add & Invite Client: Expand client network via Jazalla Companies (instant invite button) or External Companies (manually add non-platform businesses).
- Pending & Received Invitations: Manage outgoing invitations (with cancel option) or respond to incoming client requests.
