🏦 Accounts Management

  • Manual Process: Click Add Account and provide Bank Holder Name, Bank Name, Opening Balance, Account No, IBAN (with automatic real-time validity check), and Branch Address.
  • Auto Integration: Click Link Account to securely connect your business bank account for live transaction feeds and automated reconciliation.
  • Listing Display: Serial Number, Account Name, Bank Name, Account No / IBAN, Current Balance, Default Primary flag, and Edit/Delete actions.

💳 Transaction Management

  • Every deposit, withdrawal, or internal transfer is automatically logged with running balance calculations.
  • Transaction List View: Transaction Date, Reference ID, From Account, To Account, Debit (-), Credit (+), and Resulting Balance.
  • Filter Controls: Filter transactions by Date Range, Account, or Reference Number.
